Strict Compliance to Environmental Site Assessments

As early as Phase 1 of our Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), we at Tauscher Cronacher Engineers make sure that our measures and practices conforms to the required standards set by the  American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM 15727). Our team works to address all issues that are existing or may arise related to the property under review. Likewise, this is to make sure that potential conflicts with the stakeholders can be addressed immediately.

Primarily, our ESA intends to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (REC) associated with a property including Business Environmental Risks (BER) stipulated in ASTM Standard 15727, namely:

  • Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB)
  • Hazardous Materials Storage & Handling
  • Waste Generation, Storage, Disposal & Emissions
  • Aboveground Storage Tanks
  • Wells
  • Septic Systems
  • Stained Soil
  • Drains or Sumps
  • Pits, Ponds or Lagoons
  • Drums or Unidentified Containers
  • Underground Storage Tanks
