LEED Design and Certification

LEED or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design has been globally recognized as the benchmark in designing and operating green buildings. Aside from its key objective to promote energy conservation, LEED Certifications also require inclusions of water consumption impacts and recycling measures; transportation modalities; and air quality and related systems. Our professional team has 18 members who are LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED AP) that can assist you with the design and certification process for new and existing buildings.

Energy Star Rating

In order to promoted energy efficiency through building appliances, the US Department of Energy created the Energy Star ratings wherein a building must be in the top 25th percentile if compared to similar buildings in order to receive an Energy Star rating. Energy Tax Credits

The Federal Tax Code, as stated in its Section 179(d), allows for a property owner to receive tax credit for equipment installed with the specific purpose of reducing energy consumption up to 50% or more.
